Alvin G. Morris 

Founder & Producer/Director 

Alvin G. Morris is multifaceted as a producer, director and D.P. Aside from winning best director in three separate film festivals he has made a name for himself in Houston not only as a sound mixer, but as a director of photography. Alvin is the top credited sound mixer on the hit show My 600lb. Life. Also, Alvin was a lead producer on the feature films; Kasi, Becky, The Only Child, Fear Itself, and Out The Game.”

Adam Taylor 

Director

Adam Taylor is a commercial director who also creates emotionally driven short-form drama and comedy. His commercial background gives him a strong command of pace, performance, and visual detail, and he brings that same level of precision and polish to every project. He is drawn to character-first stories with real stakes, shaping performances and tone with intention to create films that feel grounded, cinematic, and emotionally honest. Past commercial clients; Insperity, Can-AM, Degree Deodorant, Lewis Jewelers and Pepsi

James Glen Tucker 

Founder & Producer/Director

James Glen Tucker had been described as a person of many parts, releasing music under Shapeshift Records, winning best actor at three separate film festivals and best director at two. James also directed the children's show pilot "Fabulous Phoebe".  After a hiatus from film to explore his passion for wine as a sommelier James has written and starred in the 2023 feature Fear Itself, a film the Houston Press dubbed a "zombie film with no zombies". James is also a trusted first A.D.

Rob Neilson 

Director & D.P.

Rob Neilson fled his homeland of NYC to the swamps of Houston Texas with the goal of rebranding as a sweaty southern lawyer. Finding that he lacked any of the legal credentials to help him do so, he sought solace in the world's oldest profession: film production. Brands such as Audi, Beef Loving Texans, Chevron, Coca Cola, ESPN, Exxon,  HP, Insperity, Manscaped, Nike, Pepsi, Puma, Shell, Showtime,  Vice trust him, so should you.

Ashly Smith 

U.P.M.

With over 13 years in television, film, and commercial production, Ashly Smith is a seasoned production manager known for delivering high-quality content across major networks and brands. Her credits include Twenty Somethings: Austin (Netflix), Ring by Spring (Roku Channel), Shaunie and Keion’s Destination I Do (VH1), and My 600lb Life (TLC). She also coordinated on The Ultimatum (Netflix) and Best Bite in Town (Food Network). Beyond TV, she has managed commercial projects for Toyota, Perdue Chicken, Blue Bell, Meta/Facebook, Nike, and Levi’s, and served as Production Manager for SXSW’s commercial content team.
